Our Group is vertically integrated:

Arabia Cotton Ginning Company ACGC: 14 Modern ginning mills, is a quoted company on the Cairo & Alexandria stock Exchange.  It has been established in 1963.  Its activities include cotton ginning, marketing raw cotton exports and acting as a commercial agent.


Cotton Procurement & pre-cleaning: Contamination controlled cotton is purchased under proper supervision of trained team, through our sister company Modern Nile Cotton Company which is the largest Egyptian cotton exporter. The same cotton is pre-cleaned by workers before it is fed to the blow-room to ensure nearly nil contamination levels.

The yarn produced by ESW is also supplied to El-Nasr Clothing & Textiles Co. (Kabo), the largest producer of men's, women & kids underwear and homewear.

They have all the in-house facilities for knitting, dyeing, embroidery, printing, etc. KABO, also has a very strong retail presence, with a total number of outlets of approximately 50 stores in Egypt. The capacity is nearly 10,000 dozen a day.
KABO was founded in 1940 and is quoted on the Cairo & Alexandria Stock Exchange.
