 Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
 ESW since its establishment has committed to the local community of Sadat City.
We aim at contributing to Sadat City’s population sustainable development, by contributing to their educational development and have them ready for the global business market.
ESW has enrolled on the Mubarak-Kohl project in Sadat City, a project set up by the German government and the Egyptian Minister of Education, focusing on technical and vocational education.
For this project, ESW has created in-house educational programs of various disciplines and activities: Spinning & Weaving training as well as Health & Safety.
ESW is working together with the local Technical School in Sadat City, to develop a program to create highly qualified specialization courses in the spinning & weaving industries. We wish to offer better work opportunities for the local youth, and secure skilled professionals to the local industries in the Sadat area.
We have also established a promising partnership with Menoufia University – Egypt (MUE), located in Shebin El Kom. Through our organization, we grant access to the business world, to prominent MUE graduate students.
We also offer summer internship programs for undergraduate students.
